John R. Repetti, CPA

Rowdy Capital Partners, LLC

 

Mr. Repetti is a CPA in New York and Florida, and was the CEO of MGI Repetti, a regional CPA firm for more than 25 years. John is the CEO of Bestia Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm that focuses mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. John was a founder and board member of Gold Coast Bank and he serves and has served on boards for numerous commercial and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves as an advisor to several venture capital firms.   John is a member of the advisory board for the Alliant Group, the premier specialty tax service provider in the US. He is the former Worldwide Chairman of MGI World, an international network of more than 300 accounting firms in over 100 countries around the globe. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs,  and has chaired numerous society committees.  John received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University and is a member of the Fordham University Athletic Hall of Fame.  John is also a fourth degree black belt master instructor (Renshi) in American Nihon Jiu-Jitsu.
Robert

Robert J. Kramer

Robert served as the Chief Operating Officer of Tocqueville Asset Management L.P. since 2005. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. Kramer founded Adirondack Capital Partners Inc., which specialized in providing investment banking services for small to medium sized corporate clients, from 2000 to 2005. He founded Penny Lane Partners prior to Adirondack Capital Management, a venture capital fund and SBIC, and served as Senior Managing Director from 1996 to 2005, while also working at Trautman Kramer and Co., Inc., until 1999. Mr. Kramer started Trautman Kramer and Co., Inc., in 1992. Prior to Trautman Kramer and Co., Mr. Kramer was a Partner of Sterling Grace and Co. from 1985 to 1992. He also worked at Prescott Ball and Turben from 1978 to 1985 and began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1977.
He attended Temple University and New York University.
